Dr. Wu is the founder and director of the CIRCUIT Lab (Critical Infrastructure Resilience and Construction Under Innovation & Technology). Prior to joining UW in 2022, she served as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Alberta, where she received her MSc and PhD in Construction Engineering and Management in 2013 and 2020 respectively.
